StructuredMD ("StructuredMD," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit structuredmd.com, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to the practices described below.
Information we collect
We collect only the information necessary to operate the site and respond to your inquiries. This falls into two categories.
Information you provide directly. When you submit the consultation form, we collect your name, email address, and any other fields you choose to complete — phone, practice name, practice status, primary challenge, and any additional message. We use this information solely to evaluate your inquiry, contact you about it, and maintain a record of the communication.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider logs basic technical details about each request: IP address, user-agent string, referring URL, timestamps, and the pages requested. These logs are used to operate, secure, and improve the site.
Analytics cookies. This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device (typically named _ga and _ga_<id>) to recognize returning visitors and aggregate usage data. We have not enabled Google Signals, advertising features, or any data-sharing settings; we do not use Google Analytics for advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking. Information collected by Google Analytics is processed by Google subject to its own privacy practices, available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
How we use the information
To respond to consultation inquiries and follow-up correspondence.
To deliver, secure, and maintain the site.
To prevent abuse, including bot submissions and other unauthorized activity.
To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers we use
Operating a modern website requires a small number of trusted third parties. The ones that process information on our behalf are:
- Vercel — hosting and content delivery for the site itself.
- Resend — transactional email delivery for consultation responses.
- Vimeo — embedded video player on certain pages. Vimeo may collect limited information when the video loads, governed by Vimeo's own privacy policy.
- Google Analytics — aggregate site usage analytics, as described above under "Analytics cookies."
Each service provider is contractually obligated to handle information only as needed to perform its service for us.
How long we keep information
We retain consultation form submissions for the period needed to respond to your inquiry, complete any resulting engagement, and satisfy our recordkeeping obligations. Server logs are retained for a shorter operational period by our hosting provider.
Security
All traffic to structuredmd.com is served over TLS. Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored only within the systems described above. No system is perfectly secure; if you have reason to believe your information has been compromised in connection with this site, contact us at the address below.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of information we hold about you, and to obtain a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@structuredmd.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know the categories of personal information collected and the right to opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
Children's privacy
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted here in advance of taking effect.
