What the site is — and what it isn't
The Site provides informational content about StructuredMD's consulting services for concierge medical practices and a contact form for prospective clients. The Site itself does not provide consulting, medical, legal, or financial advice. Any consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties; nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services.

Content on the Site may discuss the operational, legal, tax, or financial structure of medical practices in general terms. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Retain qualified counsel and advisors before acting on any topic discussed.
Your obligations
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, scrape or harvest content without permission, submit information you don't have the right to share, impersonate another person, or use the Site to transmit unsolicited communications.
When you submit information through the consultation form, you represent that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the authority to share it.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, the StructuredMD wordmark, design system, methodology framework names, and any proprietary frameworks discussed — is owned by StructuredMD or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may view and share individual pages for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, redistribution, or commercial use — requires our prior written consent.
Third-party links
The Site contains links to third-party websites and embedded content (including the Out of Network podcast and Vimeo video embeds). Those resources are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of third parties.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content will be timely or correct.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will StructuredMD, its principals, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StructuredMD and its affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
